The "Wise Tourism Forum #7" convened various tourism stakeholders in a hybrid event to discuss establishing a dedicated platform for quality and sustainable tourism in Indonesia. This initiative aims to create a centralized hub that facilitates better communication, collaboration, and engagement among government bodies, industry players, and NGOs. Participants identified three core strategies for the platform: strengthening community networks, providing industry support for sustainable business development, and enhancing knowledge sharing. The forum also explored flexible governance models and diverse funding sources, such as membership fees and grants, to ensure the platform's longevity. Ultimately, the goal is to foster a cohesive ecosystem that drives the industry to "Provide Better, Produce Better, and Sell Better" in line with sustainability goals.
